Our Directors

Matech has a board of four directors to guide, and offer advice and expertise to the company. David is the Executive Director and general manager of the company. The rest of the board are Non-Executive Directors who volunteer their time and expertise.

David Curran - Executive Director

David works full time in the company managing its day-to-day operations. This includes a variety of activities including finances, employees, advertising, marketing, public relations, sales, as well as working on most of the projects that Matech is involved in.

David sits on the board of directors and prepares agendas and notes for each quarterly directors' meeting, in which important topics are discussed and deliberated.

Jacqui Lipinski - Non-Executive Director

Jacqui has run her own business and worked in several organisations. She brings with her an entrepreneurial spirit and much business experience. Jacqui is committed to working with young people.

John Evans - Non-Executive Director
John has worked for The Matrix Trust as their Charity Administrator since 2006. Before this he worked in the commercial and charitable sectors, bringing a wealth of administrative and business knowledge with him. John is married with 3 grown-up children.

Simon Loveless - Non-Executive Director
Simon works as a solicitor for a local legal services partnership. Simon brings a wealth of legal experience and knowledge of organisations with him. Simon enjoys playing hockey in his spare time and is actively involved as a preacher at St John's Stoke Church, Guildford.
